PROJECT OVERVIEW
Blood Bank Application Kuwait is a blood donation application that unites voluntary donors instantly to patients that require blood. It makes the method of reaching out to possible donors smoothly and inspires people to become voluntary donors. Donors can see their influence and generate awareness around blood donation.
PROJECT SPACE
Sending out “Urgently Required” message to blood donors may be one of the toughest moments of anyone’s life. You hope and plead that someone in the queue of receivers may match the blood required type and be ready to donate in time. Often on social media channels like Twitter, Facebook, and WhatsApp, we come across such messages and some of us overlook them, thinking that the message might be fake.
Hospitals or Blood Banks that are short of blood often ask a patient’s family, friends, or relatives to find “replacement donors” and if the blood group is rare, it is even more difficult to find such donors. Moreover, due to connectivity issues and the shelf life of blood, a lot of blood go to waste. This makes the patient and their family have to suffer a lot.

FINDING DONOR
- Posting on various social media platforms is tiring, time-consuming, and doesn’t get much of a positive response
